In the spinning process, the core yarn is divided into upper core yarn and lower core yarn. Under the action of the traction roller, they are unwound from the bobbin and fed together. Under the action of the roller plates and spacers, the upper and lower core yarns are positioned on either side of the feathering, and both are located in the middle of the feathering.
Feather yarn consists of two or three single yarns. These single yarns are unwound from the bobbin and twisted at high speed by the rotating head, increasing their cohesiveness. Simultaneously, they are wound onto spacers to form loops. These loops slide downwards with the rotation of the rollers, where they are cut into short feathers by blades. These short feathers, along with the upper core yarn, are fed into the control rollers and combined with the lower core yarn. Thus, the feather yarn is sandwiched between the two core yarns and enters the twisting zone.

After being kneaded and spun, monofilaments are produced through multiple draw operations. These monofilaments are then twisted and combined into three strands. Because drawn yarns have a rounded diameter and moderate softness, they are less prone to skipped stitches or breakage during application. Furthermore, the stitches are even and full, leaving no gaps after the needle passes through, ensuring the filtration efficiency of the filter media.
